PIGGY BACKING MOTIVATION

I have always had problems with food... mainly a love-hate relationship, I hate food even since I am small... I would eat the meat from the food and that is all... only one meal or sometimes two a day. I was very active then... before two children and lots of school work.
Now I am sitting whole day and whole night.. not much exercise except occasional walking and contact of the ultimate kind with my beau.
Eating is like a reoccurring nightmare for me.... part of me wishing that I do not have to eat at all... and the sane part of me knows that it is wrong... but most of the time I have no desire for food except for the one that I am allergic and addicted to.... wheat.
When I am tired, hungry, depressed, stressed or just plain mad, I eat wheat products like it is a life-saver... the consequence is usually extreme pain and constipation, then I would take laxatives which results in diarrhoea, then I would eat the crap again.
what a vicious cycle...
My elder daughter forced me into this programme because she needed company and she wants to fit into a cute shorts... I guess that this is my motivation...
Everyday she reminds to write down what I eat and to make sure that I EAT.... LOL
however my biggest problem is how to find a quick affordable substitute for those wheat based products....
Any suggestion?????
