Hey guys,

I know the answer to this is read the back of the label, but I can't since its not in English. The only nutrional information I can see is the KCAL.

I use to just have a herbalife shake for breakfast, but I want to move on to solids well I will most likely alternate. I know I can find special K cereal here and the nutrigrain breakfast bars, since I barely get enough time to eat in the mornings anything to do with the stove is out.

I recently saw some oats but I'm pretty sure its not the healthy kind. If you had to pick between cereal bars or special K (Kelloggs) which one would you pick?

I think they have a better selection of Kelloggs at the bigger stores so if you have a different suggestion I can go look for it in a bigger city.

Fruit is ridiculously expensive here so I try not to make it a main meal.

Also on unrelated cereal note, I snack on seaweed laver quite a bit, but I recently moved to Kale chips is the snacks too salty? with the Kale I try not to add too much salt.

Thanks

oatmeal is the best cereal you can buy. special k stuff does not contain enough nutrients or fiber and most likely u will be hungry much sooner.
