I am so sore

So I went hiking on Monday...not just a dirt trail but a hike where I was climbing over boulders again and again. Slipped on the way down, hurt my knee and now my arms are completely hurting. I was suppose to go to the gym yesterday but stayed home because I didn't want to injure myself anymore. Today I am just so tired. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow since tomorrow I'm back at the gym.
On a good note...I did almost make it to the top of the mountain...I just saw the way down and didn't want to add to it. haha. Now I think I'm gonna take up hiking. Just wanted to share. I definitely would not have been able to go that far 6 months ago. Down 34 pounds and counting...YAY!

    Wow... nice job on the hike. Can't wait until I lose enough that my knees will handle me hiking again. Take it easy... a nice warm bath will relax your aches and its always fun to pamper yourself in a warm bubble bath. :wink: :laugh:

    I sympathize. We climbed to Chimney Tops last year (Smoky Mtns) 15oo ft vertical. It felt great, and I could eat anything I want to that night! :bigsmile: The view is also wonderful from up there. . . I wish I were going back to the mountains again this summer.
