Work out heart rate

New to MFP and also new to dieting . Is it best to keep my heart rate between 65-75% of max heart rate for burning fat during my workout.. Thanks

Depends on what kind of shape you are in. The heart is like any other muscle. It is good to push it a little IF (big IF) you can handle it. So please consult your Dr or someone who can advise YOU (given your specific needs right now). Otherwise, you will be getting generalized advice, some of which could be dangerous if you are not ready for a harder workout (yet). Good luck! Cheers!0

Doc thanks for the response I was told that you burn fat at those levels and above that your burning carbs? With in that zone the exersize seems very easy.0
