first of all, you looked fabulous in your before / after pics you put up ages ago so im sure you look even better now :-)
the best exercises I do are:
plank (hold for as long as you can and repeat)
leg raises where you use your stomach muscles to keep your legs about 2" off the floor (to make this harder have someone stand over you and throw your legs down, and you have to stop them hitting the floor
reverse crunches where you lean back about halfway to the floor and hold
normal crunches with dumbells, hold yourself up at the top and do 2 little punches upwards / forwards with the weights.
hope these help x0 -
thanks i will give these a try i currently do no exerccises for my belly lol so really should start x0

First off, can't spot reduce fat. Second, you can do ab exercises till you are blue in the face but it won't show unless the fat is gone.
My suggestion, eat at a small deficit(like half a pound a week or less), lift weights(all over.. not just abs) and wait... 4 weeks is not much time... so it may or may not come off.0 -
I get up and do two sets of 20-30 crunches (amongst other exercises) every morning before getting dressed, then in the evening stretch and do them again. It takes less than 5 minutes, but in 4 weeks you should see some improvements. (Bear in mind, in general, it takes 12 weeks for your body to adapt to exercise)0

Sounds like OP is ready for recomp.
Whats your body fat% OP?0 -
Try A's , O's and I's
They are leg raisers, two feet together, hands on your chest, head slightly off the ground, and moving you legs to make an I
Do the same for the O's
For the A's feet shoulder width apart, bring up and together, like an upside down V
Its that doesn;t work you can have your money back0 -
my body fat is about 18% according to afew different online calculators0

^^^^ this is right, the exercises I said will strengthen your abs but unless your bf % is low enough it won't show so all over heavy ish weights is a good idea to increase muscle and reduce bf x0 -

^ This. Watch your diet and make sure you are eating clean healthy foods. None of that processed junk. Only way. Ab exercises are not going to do anything if you have fat covering up those puppies.0 -

That is the only way to make your abs visable. Four weeks of ab exercises is not going to make a difference. The only thing that will do is if anything make your belly protrude more and make you look even bigger. You have to lose the body fat. If you are doing an online calculator that is most likely not accurate at all. Go get your bodyfat percentage taken by calipers (spellcheck) at a local gym or a nutrition shop like GNC or nutrisport.
Except you are in England. I have no idea what chain of nutrition stores you have there. But anywhere where you can buy suppliments etc. Or try a nutritionist. They can take it for you and give you and accurate idea. But do the calipers. Those junky hand held devices are gay. Mine said I was 29% when I was actually 18%.0 -
I wonder if it's loose skin vs actual fat since you have 3 kids. I have 2 kids myself, and what transformed my body was bodyrock.tv. Their workouts are essentially intervals of full body exercises and plyometrics exercises with weights. Good luck.0
