Just keep an eye on the calories.
Im 10days into it, and have learned so much from the site. I have always exercised, yet my weighted would always creep up over the winter etc. I had no idea some of the foods I was eating where what was holding me back from achieving my goals
Keep the diary up too date, research your meals before eating them and take your time.0 -
Really? What foods are they?So its not only kj counting?I did a no carbs diet..They worked great but not possible to keep up.0

For me it was having 3 or 4 coffees a day, had no idea that it added up to a couple of hundread calories(that don;t fill you up)
And pizza, I knew it was exactly healthy but had no idea that it was over 1000 calories. I've drop the carbs a bit, but I exercise more than average(i think) so I can afford to eat a good amount everyday
Just don;t worry, Take your time, try get exercising(be it walking, anything at all that works for you). I would look at 15kg to lose either, just say a pound a week or soemthing. Baby steps0
