Hi All,

just a quick question, i am starting to go gym everyday and swimming once a week.

how many calories do i need to burn to lose 1 and a half pound weekly.

also how do you get rid of the lower part of your stomach?..

if any of you could help, much appriciated.

    Hi chum! 3500 cals is a 1lb loss so you need to lose 5250 for your target of 1.5lbs. Keep in mind MFP figures a 500 cal loss per day into your set-up.
