I've tried to post this on the Chalean XT group that I'm in. Just curious, trying to see if I should eat more. How much do you weigh, what's your gw and current calories you take in.
current 138
GW 135, though with lifting, I'm not as concerned with the number
Current 1550, wondering if I should up this.
Thanks,
Kristine

What is your mesurements and scale doing?0 -
If 1550 is your gross intake you DEFINITELY need to eat more. Set MFP to 1/2 pound per week,of your exercise, and eat your calories from working out.
I'm 4'11, 98 pounds and basically at goal--I average 2300-2500 day --some higher and some lower but a 7 day average would put me in that ballpark.0 -
No, I do eat back my exercise calories. Some days I feel like I can eat more, but I don't and other days I feel fine. Actually if I tell mfp a half pound, it tells me to eat less. I don't think a half pound is realistic since I'm so close to gw0
