Do you log when you are sick?

I have barely eaten the last couple days, I haven't logged... do you?

    Yeah, I log everyday, but if there are special circumstances I put that in the notes section so when looking back I know why it was too low.

    This. If I end up going over because I feel like crap and can't bring myself to exercise it off, or if I skip meals for the same reasons, I might want to know why later on or let others reading my diary know that I haven't jumped ship.
