Hi, my name is Allison. I've lost a lot of weight before (70 lbs) but have slowly put back on 40 lbs after three pregnancies. I've decided I NEED to lose the rest of this weight (again!). I exercise 5 times a week and have done programs like P90X and Insanity so that's not where I need help...it's the eating. I eat crap and too much of it! I can stick to something "good" at work for breakfast and lunch but when I'm home all bets are off! I did it before by logging all my food and I know I can do it again (I used calorie king last time), I just need to commit to writing down EVERYTHING! Looking for support here from people who are in the same boat...food challenges. Thanks for welcoming me!
