Hi Morgan welcome to the site, feel free to add me if you like. The biggest tip I can say is stick with it and track everything to keep yourself honest. I also find that a varied routinee and working out everyday helps get you to see results fast. I wish you all the best in your weight loss journey0

Hello, Morgan! I too am new, so please add me as a friend if you wish. My personal trainer made it very clear...Eat breakfast within 2 hours of waking up, it jump starts your metabolism. 400 cals. is a good number!0

good morning Morgan. Just stay with it. Track everyday and track EVERYTHING! Even if you have a bad day, track it. You can do it! Feel free to add me if you like.0

Welcome! There's lots to learn by perusing the message boards. If you're a redditor, I'd also recommend r/loseit. It's a great community, really supportive.
Feel free to add me as a friend.0 -
Hello to all ! I am new to the site as well. My Manager told me about it on Sat after I complained to her that I had just sewn a beautiful skirt and when I tired it on my "belly was just out of control" making the skirt tight for me. Totally depressing.
Now that I've started I realise that I am the one responsible for that belly. I eat way too much Blue Bell icecream and not enough excercise.
So thanks to all who have gone before me for sharing and inspiring.0 -
Like everyone else said, track everything! It can be a real eye opener. Good luck to you!0

I am already addicted to this site and find the simplicity of use the most alluring...along with the fact that I will lose weight. Keep going and good luck0

Even drinks tea coffee etc?0

Anything with calories. Tea and coffee if you add sugar or creamer, etc. I add my tea just to track that I had tea that day to see if I get a headache or if I feel more energized during my workout.0
