Type A Blood Diet

Hi Everyone. I'm new to this blog thing and I'm new to sharing my embarrassing ups and downs in diet with strangers. I tried this Type A diet plan about 3 years ago and had to quit because I missed beef so much. I don't like chicken because it tastes so bland to me. It's worse than tofu for me. Type As are not supposed to eat a lot of meat and it's general bad practice to eat meat in general, give or take some meats that are neutral to Type As. Is anyone else doing this diet as a Type A? I'm giving it a try again but it seems that walnuts are a huge staple if the consumer is Type A. I eat nuts and beans a lot, as well as dried fruits. Any suggestions? Type As are not supposed to have milk either but that's just crazy because I like my protein shakes.
