30-day Shred question

I just got this Jillian DVD and I like it so far. Here's my question...I learned that one is not supposed to do weight-training every day because the muscles need a day of rest. Is it ok to do this video every day? I realize that it's called 30-day Shred, but does that mean that it's 30 "consecutive" days? OR is the quantity of weight-bearing exercise in this video small enough that someone can do it every day?

You can alternate with lighter or no weights if you're starting to bonk.0

You can do it everyday, you aren't using heavy enough weights! :happy:

I'm doing this DVD every day. I generally alternate from level 3 with weights to doing a combo level2/1 the next day with no weights.
My question (and sorry to derail the thread) is how do you log it as exercise??? I am never sure...0 -
log it in as circuit training0
