How do you find out how much you SHOULD weigh?

Hi everyone!

The BMI calculator states that i should weigh between 104.4 - 141.1 lbs, but how do i know what correct weight i should try to aim for? I dont think i would ever get to 104.4lbs!!! I currently weigh 138lbs (i have lost 28lbs) .
