I was thinking a trip to Paris but I need to learn French first..... (that's my personal thing... want to learn to speak conversational french before going) so since that is dependent on another goal..... Hubby mentioned Hawaii. Neither one of us have gone there so that might be my weight loss goal. Still get some nice seafood to eat, walks on the beach for exercise so I can drink me some fancy drinks with umbrellas in them! Woohoo!0

Weight "goal" should be a Range, or you will be letting yourself in for disappointment. Like 150-155, or 160-167. On any given day weight will fluctuate WITHOUT Cause!0 -
