Fresh Strawberry milk

My kids love strawberry milk but I hate the powder stuff. So I put 3 cups of fresh strawberries in a blender with 1.5 cups 1% fat free milk.. When I was done I had fresh strawberry milk.. Not only healthy but good to.. Try is out sometime...

    Sounds great. I love strawberry milk but haven't had it in 2 years since i agree that the powder stuff isn't too healthy for you and high in sugar. I will def. give it a try. Thanks for your post
