Hi.
So this morning was my weigh in for the week. I actually gained almost a pound. ugh. Last week I lost about a pound. I am trying to not get too discouarged because, I am pretty sure that is not actually weight I am seeing. I two weeks ago I started a new workout plan which is Kickboxing and CrossFit on alternating days, 5/week. Both are super tough and burn tons o' calories.
Just wondering if anyone could take a peek at my diary and see if you have an opinion on what I am eating. Thanks!

Your diary looks pretty good. I'm curious what your sodium levels are. If those are high, you'll retain a good amount of water weight.
Also, with those workouts, you're not going to see a drastic weight loss. But you will see a major change in your body fat percentage and your measurements. I would suggest, for motivational purposes, you keep track of those rather than what your scale says. It is common for someone starting those workouts to see minimal changes on the scale (even slight weight gain), but great changes in their body measurements and body fat percentage.0
