Slendertone.....?

What is the general consensus on these please? waste of time? decent bit of kit under the right circumstances? any and all opinions welcome xx

i'm doing strength training, running, cycling, yoga, swimming (when i can). i'm relatively fit, 113lbs with 21% body fat, netting around 1300 calories(ish) per day and thinking of adding slendertone on top as well. am i wasting my time?

    Electric stimulation has been around for a long time and is frequently used in physiotherapy but my inner skeptic tells me that while these may offer some very tiny exercise benefit they're not worth the money - just stick to planks etc and save your hard earned $$.
