NO EXCUSES MONDAY!!!

I'm such a dork but I love Mondays! It's a day to refocus and reevaluate where I'm at physically and mentally and set goals. This week I really want to focus on NOT MAKING EXCUSES for missed work outs. It's all about ME TIME this week. Whether it's getting to the gym or yoga class - unless someone is in dire need - I AM GOING! I just feel like since I broke my finger (like 6 weeks ago and it is almost completely healed..so no excuses)..that I have fallen into a slump and have a multitude of excuses for skipping work outs. On average I probably get 3 work outs a week in. Unacceptable! Just because I walk everyday is not an excuse to for weak whimpy work outs! I'm back and ready to kick butt!

Sorry - Just somewhat of a public rant against myself for being whimpy. It's gives me more motivation to be honest and open.

So let's make this an awesome start to a FIT WEEK!!!...and to our healthy lifestyle!

    I am totally with you on this. I know what to do... NOW DO IT! The next two weeks be diligent and build my routine.
