I am a new recruit hoping to drop 25 pounds. Any suggestions or advice is always appreciated.

I would suggest checking out beachbody products. I am in the second phase of P90X and it really works. I have used insanity and hip hop abs as well for cardio and calorie burn. Because my schedule is so busy, I don't have time to join a gym and waste 3 to 3 hours a day (including travel to and from). I just pop in a DVD for about an hour and get my workout done so that i can have the rest of my day for other things. But, the best thing you can do for yourself is to eat healthy. The nutrition piece really makes the difference in getting to a healthy weight.0
