brand new, looking for inspiration/motivation

hey. i am not really a hooker. i recently quit smoking, and i use crochet hooks to keep my idle hands busy to stave off nicotine cravings.

so..... i just started with the MFP. seriously, this is my 2nd day. so far, so good. i know it's going to be a tough go for a while. but was wondering if there was anyone out there who would like to keep me in check?
i know a lot about fitness/nutrition, even if i didn't practice it regularly. i want to now. forever.


hope i have as much success with this program as i've seen so much of you have!
