Cleaning Car exercise?

Does cleaning my car count towards excersise?? It was EXTREMELY dirty and I rly needed to use my arm muscle to clean it!!!!

    I don't usually count stuff like that. I scrubbed my floor clean the other day. I'm sure that used up some calories, but it's just part of life.

    Washing the car is an exercise you can find at MFP. I use it. Even house chores are listed. They may be "part of life" but they are also an activity.

    I spent 6 hours cleaning out my toybox after a weekend at the beach. Washing and waxing a 26' toybox is no small chore!
