Hello Guys,
I am so excited to announce that today is day 1 of my two month challenge. I weighed myself this morning..........................185.0 lbs! This is my highest weight ever and I'm not even upset about it! I have made a committment to transform my body into one that I can be proud of so no sense in harping on something that will soon be history! I have to go in to the gym tonight for Day 1 weight and measurements! I'm sure I will be 2 to 4 pounds heavier at the evening weigh-in. That would mean I am pushing 190. At first I was bugging out a little about having to take a picture in a sports brau (It will be posted in the gym after I win this contest)! I'm okay now! It will be great to compare day 1 to my end results! I appreciate any support you guys can offer! I am so excited and ready to get fit!

Good luck!!! You can do this, and remember to keep going even if you have a few missteps.0
