:sad: Well people I know I havent been eating every well since super bowl sunday, but I didnt think is was all that bad. Today I went to the gym first time this week for I was sick mon, tues, and weds and today they did an weight and measurement report. Well I thought I would have done better then what I did:sad: Even though I did go down by 2 pounds and lost 2 total inches my body fat % went up:sad:. Where did I go wrong??? I did not count my calories the past two weeks which was bad, but I didnt think it was that bad:cry: When I saw my results I was upset and mad at myself I couldnt beleive it. The attendent at the gym said that my body mass % could have gone up because of the weather in the gym I guess teh machine is kinda touchy at times. Once I read my report I decided that I needed to come back and count my calories and work harder in the gym.
Well thanks for letting me vent, I am back on track now.

    Don't let it get you down. Just keep moving and you will do it. I love counting my calories. It is kinda fun. I have found that when I count them I just really don't eat that much. I am not eating any different than before, ( well kinda I guess) I am just keeping track of them now. It is amazing. I am not hungrey and when I am I go eat. So just get back on there and count, count, count and don't worry about what last week or the week before said. Tomorrow is always a new day. Go from there, don't cry too much :smile: you can do it

    I wouldn't worry about that. Machine body fat have a % of error too. If they are using the skin callipers (SP?) just having a different person could change the results. If you've lost inches and pounds, something must be going right.

    Oh, did you work out before they did the test? That could bring more water to the surface and skew the results too.
