So I started counting calories and working out 1 week ago and I have already lost weight. Yesterday was my son's 3rd birthday and of course we had a party for him-this party included the norm party foods-pizza,cake,ice cream. He only turns 3 once so I allowed myself a little pass..Although I splurged a little, I still lost 4 lbs. Back on board today and can't wait for next weeks weigh in!
