How do I log Abs of Steel toning workout?

Happy Thursday everyone! I just started the Abs of Steel sculpting and toning DVD.
Today I did the 5 minute pilates section and the 5 minute floor toning section. How do I log this into my exercise ? I didn't see any activity like that listed anywhere. And if it's not listed and I create my own entry, how do I know how many calories I burned while doing it?
Any help would be much appreciated!

I had this same problem with TAE BO.....So I entered kickboxing and the amount of time I spent doing it....
So, you may break down the type of exercises you did and look for them that way...
I am new to all of this, so there may be a better way...0 -
I think it would be circuit training.0
