Trying to Get Back on Track/Gaining Back lil Weight I lost

I'm trying to get back on track and stay focused and consistent. Haven't been to the gym and in close to two months, but managed to lose over 10lbs. I realize now it may have been due to stress because I practically gained it all back now. So I must get motivated and stay motivated. Hitting the gym tomorrow.
