hello! I joined last week and have really enjoyed both the community and accountability that comes with the MFP site.

I'm working towards becoming the healthiest version of myself and I know that currently I dedicate too much of my precious time stressing out over getting dressed in the morning or being envious of other people...I can't wait to feel confident in my own skin again!

I'd like to connect with people for support & inspiration & tips! I want to do this the RIGHT way. MFP currently set me at 1200 calories a day, but I've heard this isn't a great way to loose for the long run...thoughts?
