Hit a plateau; any tips?

Hello! I am 5"2' and I started MFP at Thanksgiving weighing 130. I am down to about 118. I would like to be between 110-115, but I keep going over my calories (telling myself, "who cares" just this once), way too often. I started encorporating small bits of exercise into my days (walking more with my kids now that it's nice out, jogging without them if I can, tried a couple of aerobic classes) but I can't always make the time for it with a very hectic schedule. I am a teacher and get no time during the day to walk or anything. I am RAVENOUS hungry when I get home from work. Maybe it's from the stress of the day or from not eating since 11:30 at lunch time. I also have very busy weekends with a lot of tempting gathering (food and some alcohol).
Any ideas for FILLING and LOW CALORIE snacks/meals? I would just LOVE to break through this plateau and get to be where I want to be before summer!
Please give tips, tricks, anything!
