lunch options for eating out

I forgot my lunch and need to buy today - I work in a downtown/urban area so i have tons of options
But i need some suggestions on what to buy that is still healthy - i really don't feel like salad today
I was thinking sushi, but any suggestions are appreciated

    How about a low carb wrap with turkey or grilled chicken with some fresh fruit on the side? Almost any deli will have that type of an option and its a nice break from salads!

    Sushi is always a good choice--you can get sashimi (I think that's how you spell it) without the rice.
    If there's a deli around you can pick up some tuna salad or half of a sandwich.

    Do you like subway? The awesome thing about them is they have all their nutritional information listed on their website, so there are no surprises. You can make some pretty healthy choices.
