I recently purchased this DVD and did workouts 1 and 2 with a HRM on- it estimated I burned about 86 calories, and was barely into the fat-burning zone which my heart rate monitor calculates.

I'm questioning whether this is actually an effective workout for weight loss? It seems more like strength training. The ab workout (part 2) was definitely intense and I'm feeling it today, but given that it was not an aerobic workout I don't understand the weight loss claims.

Has anyone had success using this DVD?
