I spend way too much time reading the forums. SO, I have decided I need more out of it than entertainment. I will now be using them for my own fitness, because I'm selfish like that. For example: If I see a thread about water? Chug a bottle. HCG? 20 crunches. Eating Exercise calories? Push-ups... gimme some more ideas! I'm writing them on an index card that I will keep handy :bigsmile:
