New to MFP!!

Hello all! I am new to this website and absolutely LOVE the tools I've found so far! Not to sound like a nerd, but I am looking for friends on this site, since I am new and looking for support!! My overall goal is to reach a healthy weight and the gain some muscle tone. I don't know if it something that really goes hand in hand, or if you have to start with one, to reach the other. I am open to advice or input!! My husband does his own weight loss thing complete with supplements and shakes, but I am pretty sure men and women lose weight differently and need different plans so I take his advice lightly. I started 30DS three days ago and not quite sure what to log it under, so help there too would be great :) Thanks all! Looking forward to building a great wall of support :)
