    CUT MY LIFE INTO PIZZA!




    I made pizza last night.



    On the left, is plain cheese.
    On the right: Cheese, tomato, fresh basil, & garlic.

    On the left: Cheese, ham, pineapple, & diced yellow pepper.
    On the right: Cheese, ham, fresh spinach, fresh mushrooms, yellow pepper, and onions.

    I used Prego Heart Smart roasted red pepper, & garlic sauce.
    Pizza dough was made from wheat flour from a local Mom & Pop shop.
    I could make my own, but I like to support the little guy. :tongue:
    (they're nice people)

    I put all the ingredients on one pizza. (Over estimating is what I do)
    Before I ate dinner I was negative -8 calories after my cardio workout.

    Each pan makes 12 slices.
