Discouraged

Hi,

I'm Auntie1049. Most of you are going to think I'm a very weak individual but believe me, I'm trying. This morning I weighed myself and only lost 1.8 pounds. I know any weight loss is good but I expected more the first week (that's right, today was day 8!) I figured with water loss and lots of exercise (yardwork, raking, leaves, lifting) for 4 of the days I thought I would do better. Now, I'm sabotaging myself and really need help getting back on track tomorrow morning. HELP!
