Ok, so I have a question. When I use the Tools BMR calculator, it comes up with 2010 as my BMR. However, when I use the "goals" section to figure out my fitness goals with the exact same info it tells me the following:
--
Your Diet Profile Target
Calories Burned
From Normal Daily Activity 2,510 calories/day
--
Why is one 2010 calories and one 2510 calories?? I'm confused....help??

BMR is what you burn if you slept for 24 hours (kinda) ... basically the minimum to keep your organs running. Your daily activity burn is what you burn when you actually get up and going about your day.0
