website where I can calculate nutritional values?

besides sparkpeople...I have a recipe from foodnetwork.com that I want to tweak and get the nutritional values on, but one of the ingridents isn't in sparkpeople's database so I can do it there.

If the ingredient isn't listed in Spark People, you can actually add it if you register on the site. Registration is free. I wish myfitnesspal would create a recipe calculator...Hope this helps.

www.calorieking.com is a great site. but of course, it's not a recipie calc. it's just a calorie and nutrition site.0
