Hello all,
I am looking for some help with my diet. I just want to know if I am on the right track? I am 5'11" and I currently weigh 211.5. My goal weight is 160-165. I have not been logging much recently and just started in the last week. I want to know if anyone sees anything they would suggest I change.
Here is what I am attempting to do:
1. Lower my unnatural sugar sources and any processed sugars (I know there is some in yogurt)
2. Drastically lower my carbs by only eating carbs from natural sources like fruit and vegetables, with the option of bread-like carbs at dinner two to three times a week.
3. Lower my sodium amount. I no longer add any salt to my food and I try to avoid high amount sodium foods.
Please let me know what you think!!! I really want to work towards eventually eating whole foods only, and this is actually a drastic change from my previous diet.
Thank you so much for your help!
