Does it make any difference if you lift first and follow with cardio, or vice versa?

I've always heard to save cardio for after weights, your body tends to focus its energy on the muscles, so your fat burns easier

Irrespective of fat burning efficiency, this is a good reason for saving the cardio until later. You want max energy to lift that heavy iron which in turn means you reduce the risk of injury.0 -
