weight loss goals

to get to my first goal weight i set my goal to losing 2lb a week but found on 1410 calories .. i have now decided to slow down weight loss so have gone for 1 1/2 calories this has give me 1650 calories . i was wondering if i should raise to 1650 or use it as a guide and aim for in-between these two figures my activeness varies from week to week as i work shifts so may be staying in-between would be useful ?
