    Be careful who you pick though, could go horribly wrong otherwise...

    It is always safe to pick a tiny old lady. If she doesn't tickle back, you can try feeding her instead or convince her to watch a Turkish soap opera with you.
    I suppose that would work, although it would depend on what you're doing with the Turkish soap operas....she might start beating you with her handbag....

    I guess I should have confirmed that the OP has the ability to judge tickle prospects and discern the fun peeps from the b-holes. :D

    As opposed to a-holes? Never heard that one.

    On the same line as a-holes, if you prefer that terminology. I like to call people buttholes instead.
