So tomorrow i will be starting Tae-Bo PT24/7 i love all billy blanks tapes my current weight is 291 im trying to lose 70 pounds by Dec.29.2012 when i did tae bo before i lose 60 pounds in 2 months people say its unhealthy but i eat right and i also exercised twice aday with 1 gallon of water aday im trying to see if i can stick with it this time i will update you guys next month anyone is welcome to JOIN
