Quick question...is it good or bad to go over your fiber intake for the day? Why?

Over a little is fine. There's soluble and insoluble fiber... It's generally good for digestive health and acts a waste bulking agent. If you eat WAY TOO MUCH FIBER you could potentially become constipated.
There's other side effects, but unless we're talking gobs and gobs of fiber...

Agreed. Other than risking constipation with to much insoluble fiber, going over is not a bad thing.0
