Hi ya'll. I've been dieting and exercising with the MFP app for about three months now and I've seen pretty good results from doing so.
I will be getting married in July and have set a new goal of 25 lbs lost. I'm extremely nervous because I've seem to have lost that spark. Although my wedding should be all the motivation I need, I've gotten off track some how. I'm in lots of need of any additional motivation and support anyone can offer.

    Just think of how much healthier you will be by your wedding! You'll be able to dance longer and your future husband will be able to carry you further!!
