Ughhh limiting added sugars/processed foods is hard.

I have been trying to limit added sugars and processed foods for a few days and I just failed miserably. For the past few days I have been doing good, not depriving myself, just making healthier choices and allowing myself 1-2 processed junk foods a day ( ex: a small piece of candy) and opting for healthier options such as fruits and vegetables all the other times. Today for lunch, I did NOT eat the bag of cheese curls and instead had strawberries in its place. However...i just failed and ate almost 400 cals of chocolate after dinner. I binged...not sure why. I am NOT depriving myself, just limiting. Damn my sweet tooth

try truvia....freeze the strawberries and then add truvia and put in food processor...it is like a sweet treat!0
