I will be skinny again...

Hello everyone using My Fitness Pal. Great app, huh? Took me awhile to get used to it, but now that I've gotten over the learning curve, I wonder how I could of dieted any other way.

So far, I'm down 14 lbs. From 231 to 217. I'm not losing fast, but it is steady. Change of eating habits, a healthier outlook on life seems to be the key.

I am on a 1400 a day caloric intake diet. And it feels as if I'm not losing anymore but just staying the same. I was thinking of decreasing my caloric intake to 1300 to get out of this rut. Any suggestions. I wish I could increase my exercise, but due to some health issues, I can only really walk briskly, which I try to do at least every other day.
