    1. Greek yogurt (either Chobani or Shoprite)
    2. String Cheese
    3. Dole Salad Bags
    4. Kashi Go-Lean (the original twigs kind)
    5. Soy milk (this counts, right [even though its a liquid rather than solid])
    6. Frozen steam in a bag veggies
    7. Nutrition bars (varies - used to be KIND bars, now is Perfectly Simple (made by the Zone) bars)
    8. PB2 (amazing in protein shakes or in my greek yogurt)
    9. Blackberries
    10. Cabot Reduced Fat Cheese (either the 1% block or 1.5% shredded)

Half of these are protein sources (I'm vegetarian), and I eat at least 4/10 daily. Since I try to hit 40/30/30 ratios, it gets repetitive at times.
