Alright I admit I am not the brightest crayon in the box.
How do I add my before and after photos??

Upload the pictures to an uploader (I use tinypic)
Grab the link with in it and paste it in your topic. REMEMBER that MFP uses img not IMG so you have to remove it and use lowercase. Goodluck.

It only took me like 6 hours to accomplish this yesterday. read the STICKY at the top of the page. It is a bit convaluted, but I EVENTUALLY figured it out.
