Raise your glass - Pink (perfect for a warmup on the treadmill @ 4.0 mph)
    Renegade - Daughtry
    Boss's Daughter - Pop Evil
    Kick @ss - Egypt Central
This is gonna hurt - Sixx AM
Warrior - Disturbed (also Indestructible & most of their songs)
Digital (did you tell) - Stone Sour
Move your body - My Darkest Days
Scream - Avenged Sevenfold (again, pretty much any song of theirs)
Cryin' like a beyotch - Godsmack
You're going down - Sick Puppies

You also can't go wrong with old school Metallica & AC/DC to get you fired up.

I do the Pandora thing... That way the music is random.. and FREE!! My gym has WiFi too.

    Same here.

Some of my workout stations are:

    Lords of Acid
    Avenged Sevenfold
    Tower of Power
    Gotye
    Mystikal
    Gorilla Zoe
    Fair to Midland
    Mumford and Sons
    Youngblood Brass Band
    Today's Alternative

Just depends on what day it is and what mood I'm in.

While on the treadmill I listen to Pandora hip hop workout station. Love it :)
  • I have the same problem of needing new music. I use Pandora, but I did come across these workout playlists on pinterest that may help:
