Crockpot soy-balsamic chicken

Just made this one--definitely a keeper:

And it smells so good cooking all afternoon, very easy. I used Truvia in place of the brown sugar.

    I didn't put it over rice, it was great by itself.
    For about 4 oz chicken breast: cals: 163, carbs 10, fat 3, protein 25, sugar 3

    In looking at the ingredient list again-a lot of the carbs are in the liquid and most of that isn't consumed. :smile:
